Need Some Advice

Sorry its been so long since ive been on again but with college and work I nvr really find time... But anyways
I might be ordering a EXTERNAL HANG-ON REFUGIUM in a few days. Are these even worth buying? Im not sure if this is against the rules anymore posting the product so yall can see what im talking about so if I break the rules sorry but heres the item

What all goes inside of your refugium?
Do I need
-Refugium Mud?
-Marine Biosediment?
-And how uch of that stuff?
And what else goes inside of it?

Also what size model should I get for a 55 gallon tank?

Looks pretty good. I would get the one that's the biggest that will fit on my tank. If you have the space, use it...

yeah, like the previous post said, get the biggest one. i hv external one myself. i got the smaller one for about $130. its a must in my opinion to hv one. i put mud and cheato in mine to get rid of algae and produce pods for my fish.
