i just got a hi fin red banded goby and a pistol shrimp. but as i was dripping them the bag spilled over so i had to put them in the tank fast. they were dripped for about 20 min before i had to quickly move them. i have gotten the water from that fish store so everything shouldnt be too far off. i have the lights off so it decreases stress, is there anything else i should do so it increases there chance of survival.

Unfortunately....now its just a case of waiting and hoping the survive. There are some people who don't drip acclimate at all so you may be fine!!
How do they look??
