Need some help on planning a pod breeding tank!

Need some help on planning a pod breeding tank! Ill be setting up and 10 gallon pod breeding tank and i need some help on what i need. Can someone plz list the things i need for the pod breeding tank?

live rock, pods, and NO PREDATOR's. Of course a filter and a heater, besides a cyled tank of course.

How about sand do i need sand too?

Just start a tank like any other,...then overfeed it and ignore it............. Some macro and nature should do the rest.
A 10g is fairly large for pods. why not just use a 4g and toss a powerhead in it with a el-cheapo light and put it under your stand.
Flow, light to grow the macro, and keep water within normal spec. You should have bushels of them in no time.

Im doing a 10 gallon because i will need a TON TON TON of the pods because i want to get a mandarinfish whean i get a TON TON TON of pods.
