Need some IDing please!!!

Hey all.. have a few things to ID.....
1. I have three of these slug looking things... I have no idea where they are coming from..... First saw one, then tonight.... 3!!! Good or bad? It looks like it has an elephant trunk on the front of it....
2. This coral? Any idea what type it is - looks like its got really fine little polyps or hairs that stick up and waive in the wind... VERY tiny ones.
3. My mushroom is doing something.. weird ... looks like it has some sort of a leg coming out and holding on to the rock...




Anything would be appreciated!

1 - Stomatella varians - very good bordering on fantastic.
2 - Pocillopora perhaps. Need a clear closeup.
3 - A form of reproduction called pedal laceration.

So, where would they come from? the Stomatela Varians? Tank is about 5 months old now... never seen them before and I spend a lot of time watching it -- also, have not added anything for about 2 months!
So, am i safe to assume that since there is reproduction that my tank is in good health?

Stomatella are typically nocturnal so you wouldn't normally see them without a flashlight. If they are out during the day then they have a large population and need to feed on diatoms even when the lights are on. Their population will not exceed the available food so no worries there.
On the reproduction comment, well, it's not a bad sign.

Well, I only have a 14g nanocube... and ive seen three in the last few minutes.. Im guessing I have a good population already! Oh lord. I have also had a MAJOR outbreak of snails... like... 100's They are not the Stomatella because the shells are pointy.. I can see them at night all over the glass.. easily 100-200 of them!

When it is out of the water, it is just hard as a rock.

That really looks like a Stomatella Snail to me. I have an all black one in my tank. He comes out at 9:30 every night regardless if the light is on or not! I thought he was a slug too...but did a LOT of research to find he is a Stomatella.....they have a sheild-like shell with a pin-size white dot on the swirl. I read he is a great free addition to the tank....plus i think he is adorable.

wow i think i just saw my Stomatella Snail spew clouds of eggs into my tank. unfortunately i didnt have my camera with me. he did about 6-10 puffs and returned to his cave. it was also about 2pm when this happened and he usually only starts coming out at 11pm.
are these snails a sexual?

I've only seen one so far
i guess i need to go get some more corals

since mine spewed what looked like eggs into the water is it a female?
