I'd say hes on his way!! At 16 I give the kid props for even being willing to set up and maintain a SW tank. I think when I was 16 I was still trying to figure out how many fancy goldfish I could fit in my 15 gallon and why the 5 pond snails I put in the tank turned into 500 pond snails.
