need some song title help

ok usually im pretty good at finding songs but this one is killing me. ive had it stuck in my head for a couple weeks but i dont know any words or what its called or anything. all i know is that its in movies, thats where ive heard it. but i dont know which ones. its some cool reggae song, and theres like little kids singing in it and stuff. kinda upbeat and bouncyish.
ill give you $5 AND MY SOUL if you tell me what song it is. its driving me CRAZY!

P.S. How have the boards been RU? Seems like it's been a while since our paths have crossed. I know CFR had a short run for a few days then vanished again.
