Need SWF phone number

i kinda work in shipping and know that you can get packages to the airport as late as 9pm and still have them arive by 9am in the US going by fedex anyway, UPS is the same but it has to be there by 8pm.

If I remember right, SWF should of emailed you with a tracking number (or something similar) and a link to Fed Ex. Have you checked with the Fed Ex link? HTH

I have not yet gotten a shipping conformation from SWF or Fedex. I had ordered a Black and White clown on Monday but 2 days later they said it was out of stock I wrote back that day and said to still ship the rest of the order. I still did not recieve any information that they were going to ship it. This was all on Wednesday and it is suppose to be here on today (Friday). I have just been really disapointed with their customer service. I would like to get this resolved as soon as possible.

I have to admit I was a little disappointed also. They do have a 1-800 # that's on the information you receive with your order, but it's only answered by a answering machine saying they only correspond through email. I had a fish and star fish die. And my local post office would not ship them back in just a white enevolop like they suggest...anyway. I never got a email back until they finally received the dead fish.
I would assume your order hasn't been sent. Did you check through order status button?

Yes I have checked the order status and it still says pending. I emailed them yesterday around 5 which they do not email after 5. This morning I have not heard from them yet. I wrote back on Wednesday saying that I still wanted my order shipped but they never wrote back. SWF has not said anything about either they were going to ship it or not. If they are going to only have email then they should correspond and answer all of the questions that I have posed.
