I bought a 20 gallon long aquarium to hold my top off water as it was not much more than a good sturdy tub and will sitting it on the floor of my laundry room. I need to cover it in some way to keep down evaporation, keep out dust and most importantly to keep my dogs from drinking it.
I don't really wan't spend $20 to buy the glass covers and was hoping to get some ideas from the group. I thought of syran wrap. Any other good ideas?

I go to Bioreef. It is in a warehouse type facility off of St. Johns Bluff. Look them up to find their address and plug them into mapquest. He has some pretty nice stuff. Carries just about everything and John is a great guy.
Atlantis is another store off of Beach boulevard that I go to also. He has great deals on hermit crabs and turbos at times.
