how can u tell the difference in a male and female false percula. and also if i get a a blenny will the eat my coral banded shrimp.and also i have a thirty gal. tank would i need a skimmer for it.

Skimmers, from what I understand, aren't absolutely necessary, but are a great addition to any tank.
As for the rest, I don't really know

If you have a pair of False Percs the female is the larger.
What kind of Blennie?? Most don't eat shrimp but some do.
