The copper test kit, the DO test kit, the Strontium test kit, the silicate test kit and the iodine test kit are not needed unless you are going to specifically dose your tank with those chemicals. (not copper or DO of course) If you don't plan on doing water changes at all and want to dose for all of your trace elements, then go for it.
You need to pick a type of salt, natural or synthetic and stick with it. In such a small tank I recommend a salinity of 1.024 so that evap doesn't cause your salinity to shoot up past 1.026. Having SPS corals in such a small tank will be a challenge. Not having a sump on such a small tank is going to limit your ability to add additional filtration equipment. You will also want to establish your tank for at least six months before adding any SPS corals. Make sure you know how to keep your calcium and alkalinity up before you start adding SPS. Other then that it looks pretty solid.
Sorry if I have insulted your intelligence or abilities. It's late and I need to get to bed. Insomnia is a B****.

I wouldn't get all those hermits, and I wouldn't put a 6line in there either
the corals you list....do you mean down the road...LIKE far downthe road??/
ALSO agree with snake...a lot of those test kitrs are unnecessary

why not the six line? I don't plan on adding the corals for while (maybe not as long as you would wait though). I had a successful 110 gal reef tank for a few years so I know to take it slow.
