Hi,
I want to set-up a 75g FO tank with the following inhabitants:
huma-huma trigger
purple tang
sleeper goby
I have a couple of questions.
1) Is this an ample size tank, for how long?
2) Any ideas on filtration, no predilled overflow and I am trying to avoid an overflow "box"

Sounds like a light fish load.. which is never a "bad" thing. Triggers and Gobies though ?? I think a Gobie may look like a piece of sushi to the Trigger when he gets big enough...
BTW I have a pre-drilled tank and think it's great! Maybe two small canisters instead ?? $$

I would think that the sleeper goby would be lunch for the trigger someday, it might work for a while but sooner or later he would be history. Are you going to have live rock or live sand in the tank, if we new that we would be able to help you with the filter question. Good Luck

Thanks for you advice.
I will probably not have any live rock or sand since I have heard that they both will be snacks for the trigger.
Any advice on how to control algae and waste since it sounds like the trigger will eat most clean-up inverts and fish.

Lr and ls are great triggers will munch on them ocassionally, but nothing serious, I have will have lr and ls with a trigger. I bet alot of people keep lr/ls with some type of trigger.
