Neomeris algae

does any body know if this stuff is bad for a tank...i have had some in my tank for about 2 months now and it hasnt hurt anything yet...i dont have a pic of it because it is growing behind the rocks but any more info on it would be very heplful...

I think its a nice macro but if you want you can manually remove them. They can get out of control. What are your nitrate and phosphate levels? Do you have any other macro algae?

my nitrates are below 5 ppm and i belive that last time i checked my phosphates i think they were at like 0.02...i havent checked my phosphates in a while...i do have Chaeto algea in the tank as well...the Neomeris is not spreading but it is getting slowly bigger...
