Neon Goby with Ich?

I just noticed that my (tank raised) goby might have ich... nothing else in the tank has it... and I'm wondering if it is indeed ich (this is in my 40 gallon BTW)...
I just started a 5 gallon tank and had some left over live sand that I poured in the 40 gallon... Needless to say it clouded the water up for a few hours, I'm wondering if this is just fine "dust" from the live sand....
any thoughts?

Where are the spots on him? Do you have a picture of it?

all over really...just saw him for a second and looks like it all over the fins.. Hes back in his little hole right now.. I think its where hes set up shop for cleaning...

It could be just sand particles, but they can also get ich. Keep an eye on him and see if you can clearly identify what is on him. If it is ich, post over in disease and treatment and we will walk you through how to treat it.
