New 180 need advice

I have an 80 bowfront that I have been converting to reef.
I have decided that before I get any further into it I would rather start over and do it right. The 80 has no overflow, no skimmer, no place for a fuge or sump and I put it about 2" from the wall like a dork so no overhang chances.
It does have a cascade 1200 canister filter, 3 hydor korelli #2 pumps, T5 lighting, a uv inline, about 100 lbs of lr and a 3-4 inch ls bed.
Starting over...
I bought a 180 that I'm going to put in a wall that seperates two rooms of my house.
It has three 1 1/2" predrilled holes on one end for the overflow which is what I wanted because it will be a see through tank.
I want a fuge in the basement directly below the tank (maybe 8-10 feet).
I plan to move all the lr and ls to the new system.
My parameters have been really good for quite awhile, and in the tank I have a cleanup crew with snails, hermits, emeralds, couple stars, and a few cleaner clams...all are doing well.
What next please...besides the hole in the wall of course

Plumbing the tank to the sump should be basic but if not speak up . You will need a more powerful pump than what your sump is rated for to overcome the head loss going up from the basement . Get a pump that has the rating for your sump at the height your return line will come into the tank . Guessing if the sump in on the basement floor , you will be looking at approx 12 feet of head loss if you have a 8 foot basement. Hope this helps .
