few pics of my new 40 gal. three damsels in there now and 1 red leg hermit crab and a turbo snail. tell me what ya think of it, any input on the rocks etc.

Nice Tank! You are not using live sand are you?

Very Nice! There is one thing i would suggest though, and that is to get rid of the fake plastic plants.

Thanks everbody for the comments. No not using live sand yet prob going to switch before i go any further with the tank. How do you suggest I buy the sand? should I buy half live sand and half regular sand or just buy all live sand, cause I know its expensive.

If this were my tank, I would;
1. Damsels will be hell to get out, and will terrorize everything.
2. Get a black background, it will bring out the colors more.
3. Get live sand and use that instead, the crushed coral will just accumulate nitrates.
4. Get rid of the plastic plants, they will just get covered with algae.

There is about 40# of LR. And my plans are to get the damsels out this week possibly and switch to LS before I do anything else. How much LS do I need? and I appreciate the comments
