You got the liverock covered.
I would add another powerhead. I have two 1200s, one has a wavemaker attachment, the other is pointed at the surface. I don't have airstone, you can use powerhead tube piece to pump some bubbles around. I aerate for a brief 20 min. every now and again to mix things up, but the fish prefer it off.
I would recommend friendly to start unless you are experienced or you have money to burn. I wanted to go with aggressive and soon discovered that I would have more stress with fish eating or attacking each other, plus most of them cost more, eat more, and poop more.
A pair of clowns are a good start, then research what you want and talk to LFS. I haven't gotten any fish online, heard horror stories, but for an extra five bucks you can inspect them at the LFS and return them easier if they croak. If you see something you want ask them to put it on hold, see if it lives for a week, see how it's eating and swimming, then bag it up!
I just added a butterfly after going with hardier fish first. My LFS quarantines fish for two weeks to prevent disease. Saves me a big hassle and is worth the extra five or ten bucks per fish. Ask LFS if they do that, maybe it will catch on...
