So I set up my sw tank two weeks ago. I bought a 75 gal with overflow, live sand, heater, lids, t5 lights, fourty pounds of non live rock, powerhead, large bio filter. I have ten blue leg hermits and 14 blue damsels in the tank. I plan on adding about 40 pounds of live rock tommorow. What else could I do to help the tank cycle. Any advice would help! Thanks

Welcome to SWF.
Cycling with fish is very historic. I'll post some threads that will help out.

10 fish would be way overboeard also. Please take them back and follow these ideas. Those fisk will actually cause too much of a spike in amm. and end up killing alot of your benificail critters you will get with your LR.
