new addition with possible ick

Today I just added a new puffer to my 55gal tank and after a few hours I noticed 3+ white spot on him and I noticed that he is rubbing on the live rock. Could this possibly be ick? I have never had to deal with it before, but I'm a bit worried. I also thought I might be panicing because it has only been a 3 hours since I bought him and I'm sure he is stressed from moveing. Should I be worried??? :help:

again read the whole post, if you dont have a QT, then unless you have inverts you can treat the whole tank...but again the best solution is found in that thread.....do you have inverts?
