...purchased today from a trusted LFS....should be in Tuesday. Didn't want to spend the bucks but after fighting temp fluctuations since spring and after loosing several prized SPS corals due to the temp problems I HAD to invest the funds.

I like the unicorn not many ppl have them "because of the tank requirment" I see alittle bump it looks like a blue pimple lol.
So nm did you go hunting or fishing while you were here? If so were did you go. I have hunted a few conservation places (white ranch lots of turkeys and one place by willow springs). We go to Montauk State park alot were planning a trip there soon. We love to white bass fish alot we go to udall or northfork (were the current and northfork meet by the bridge) and white bass fish. White bass is over now though so havent been fishin since last trout trip.
I have never been to the cape heck I have never been to the boot heel of missouri (never a reason to) Closet I have come to it is when we went through memphis to go to the ocean lots of fun. So were do you live now?

Very easy access....three doors on the front....
The chiller is a 1/4 HP....rated for 10 degree pull down up to 180 gal...I'm confident it'll work for my application...plus it allows for the heaters to be plugged into it and is programable dual stage. I hope to be able to set it for 79-81 degrees and avoid any future problems associated with drastic temp fluctuations.

My MH's are about 6" off the surface...just be sure to have them high enough to avoid damage from splash.
