New and Confused

I have just started my first 25 gal salt tank. This is my first one ever, and I have had some bumpy starts. Since the first hurdles it has been somewhat ok until tonight. When I went to go and feed my starter fish I noticed that on one of my White Tail Damsels, there was a flesh colored spot. It is a relativity new tank with live sand and rock. I have 2 yellow tail damsels one is very aggressive and the other is in the corner. I was wondering if the mark is a pestering problem or a disease/parasite. The picture attached shows the mark in the upper portion of the fish.
Thanks

your picture did not insert. But IMO, Damsels are extremely aggressive, and this sounds like a battle wound.
Has it been attacked by the other damsel?? And is the fleshy spot missing scales or is it a wound?? Or is it just that, a spot that has appeared??
Again, IMO, this sounds to me like dominance from an aggressive Damsel.

The pic would not come up. Its to big. But it looks like a fleshy spot on the fish. I think I have a bully. When I came home today I noticed that I had lost one fish already. I will keep an eye on him. Thanks

The pic needs to be reposted. But I agree, most damsels will gill each other off until only 1 are standing.

When you post pics, you really just need to resize it so that it will fit here. A huge pic is going to be so distracting that folks won't even open the thread. It causes the reading area to expand so wide that you have to scroll back and forth just to read a few lines.
If you have PC and Windows, just open up your pic in Paint and use the Image Menu and the the Stretch Feature to resize down. When you open it, it wll say 100%.....just size it down to a much lower percent then save. Below is what you'll come up with instead of the huge pic.
From the looks of that fish he has a lot more problems then just harrassment. Perhaps ich, and perhaps some ill-effects from environmental problems. Post up your tank info, water readings, etc. Take a look at the Thread at the top of this forum which guides folks on what info is needed to post here. With more info, we might be able to get the big picture and help you out with this fish.
