New Avitar. Need help

Ok. So, here is how it will work. Somebody who looks at this thread has to post a pic tha may look good for my avatar. But, After 15 pics, We stop posting new avatars, and star voting! The voting will work by....... say if ric maniac posted a pic for my new avater, and he was the 4th person to post a pic. Then after 15 pics and you like the pic he posted, then yo say #4.
(I hope you don't mind I used you as an example ric maniac)
