new brown banded baby bamboo shark

hi i have a new born brown banded bamboo shark in my 29 any tips i know this may be to small for him but i will only nurture him till he gets bigger what do i feed him or again any new tips

They get very big, very fast. It will out grow the tank in a couple of months if it eats.
Try feeding things like finely minced shrimp, the tips of squid tentacles, etc.

when i saw him at the lfs they had him in a little 2 g cubicle.

BTW....so how much will the LFS guy give you when you return him in a couple of months? Believe me, it WILL grow fast. I've seen themover 18" easy within the first year.

That is the question - How much will he give YOU to buy it back. He'll certainly sell it again. I bet he gives you $20 or so, if he will take it back. I just love trying to figure out how much an LFS guy can make over selling inappropriate fish, several times over. How much did you buy it for?

this is not premanent i got really attatched to the lil guy so i watch him ate different various time of the day i try tofeed him but he wont eat the guy at the lfs says it will take a week because of the food he ate while in the sac when should i feed him and how

im figuring 40 is there anything elso u reccomen w/ selling it even though i dont want to

Can you tell us more about the tank you have it in? For the very short term, very short term, it is OK...but let's make sure other inhabitants and parameters are suitable

its a 29 tall with a aqua c remora skimmer a very strong power head at the top of the tank 130 watts of compact lighting a small goby 2 black periculas

i have an emerald and a cleaner if he eats them sdo be it i am more attched to him then them
nitrites at 10
nitrates are at 0
calcium 450
ph was very high 8.3
tank is 1 year old
