For the camera body only, it runs a little over $700. Then add memory cards, tripods, extra lenses, extended warranties... I have spent a little over $1300 so far. I got it in on Friday and have already taken over 700 pictures. I am really just starting to figure the basics of it out though.

wow! great stuff there. i just got my xti about three days ago and have taken a little over 450 pics. its great fun, isnt it? lol. the candel is a neat idea. keep up the good work.

haha, i love this camera... is so worth the money. The pictures almost always come out excellent.
Here are a couple more of my neices i am visiting in Dallas.




And then they decided to torture me some (not taken with my XSi)

and have you edited them at all?

No the Tang shots are from the 18-55mm. They move to fast to catch them with the Sigma IMO.
Also, i have not edited any of them. Those were straight from the camera. There is a lot of room to enhance them if needed.

wow. thats super good. what settings did you use? did you use Manual or Auto focus?

I used the AI Servo focus... It auto focuses on things like moving fishes without needing the focus to be set first...

What do you mean flatworms? If it's the whitish blotches you are talking about, that is the color of the mushrooms. Otherwise, it's like looking for Waldo
