Hello All.
Well i have some new clam pics. Comments of any sort are welcome.
Also i would like to see every one elses clams so please post pics of them if youd like.

I am going to be picking up 7-10 more of other verietys on wedsday. I cant wait.
Clams are my favorite. (other then discus)

they are already big enough to get everything they need from the light, but it doesnt hurt to add phyto to the tank.
since you already have croceas, heres a pic of my squamosa. not the best pic, but whatever.

they have some nice colors to them....
i have a 12" squamosa in my tank and 2/4-5" croceas

very nice clams, if you dont mind me asking how much were they, my ***** has one that was about an inch and a half that was 50 bucks and i was wondering if that was a good price, it looked like the brown one if that helps

just some fyi, a clam that small will need to be spot fed. its not really that hard, just time consuming. also, imo thats expensive for a clam of that size, if you said it looked like the brown one i posted, then its most likely a squamosa, the one i have is about 5 inches and i paid $55. my crocea clam was 3 inches and i payed $29 so i think a clam of that size should be no more than $30.

Wow you guys can get clams cheap up, here in maine they go for about a hundred buck for a three incher you just cant get them around here. thats the problem with living on the edge of nowhere.

No... that is not a good price. You can find sites online that sell at much better prices than $50 for a 1 1/2 inch. Look under inverts on this site to see more comparable internet prices.
