New corals in the tank?

Hello everyone. I have been away on buisness for a while and now I am back. To make things short, while I was away, my roomates were takeing care of my aquarium and they kept talking about this strange coral growing though my leather cabage and under my devils hand. Now I have come back, and sure enough there are things in the tank that were not there when I left. Can anyone identify these things for me. Hopefully they are good creatures and not parasitic or just down right bad.

This coral has blue polyps on the tips of this realy long stock.

Thought this was a nem or a zoe but not sure.
Thanks guys!

First looks like something that's just being incrusted by algea, sponges, forams, etc...
Second is a pest anemone.

thanks.
well I will leave the one for the time being and kill the other. then search through my tank and see if the anemone's are else where. it is amazng how things can change or pop up in your tank a year later, even if nothing new has been added. darn those lurking creatures.
