new critters found in tank

I have just finished cycling my tank. We have found a buch of little bugs. They look like little shrimp/rollie pollies. All different sizes and some worm looking things. Is this normal?

I think the worms are Bristle Worms...they come out after the cylce I believe?

I have one that is quite small.
