New discovery in my tank

I woke up the other day to about 30 new baby snails all over the rocks and walls of my tank.
I am not sure how to handle all of these new additions.
I only have a 35 gallon tank.
Do snails have babies often? Is this something I should get use to? Do you think my tank will be able to handle this many snails? Should I do something about these new additions?
Thanks

If your tank cant support that many snails some will die and the population will even itself out. If you are worried you could always take some out and give them away.

We currently only have turbo snails and two olive snails in our tank.
Thanks for the replies, I feel much better about them now.

I have hundreds of small snails in my tank that somehow came in with the liverock. They are called collonista snails i believe and only come out at night. I hear that these commonly reproduce in aquariums. Possibly could be some of these?
