New Find in My Tank

I bought some coral tonight (cup and what looks like a baseball ) and a crab anemone as well as two small polyps. I now found what looks like a slug with hairy tenacles in my tank. It is about 2 inches long. Any ideas as to what it is and is it harmful?
Thanks for any responses,
Celeste

It could be several things from a bristle worm to a nudibranch. Could we get a little more description or even a pic? and WELCOME TO THE BOARD!

It is brownish in color, slug-like with what looks like two antanae (sp?) on it's head, down it's back - grass like growth that is fairly symetrical. It was feeding on a small devil's hand. Now it has kind of reduced it's length is a little fatter.
I can't send pics, sorry.
