New fish can't seem to swim right side up

I bought two heniochus butterflys from SWF.com and they arrived today. One is about two inches while the other one is probably like 4.5 inches. When I opened the box the larger one was laying on his side, and remained on his side the entire time I acclimated them (I drip acclimated both in a 5gal bucket for about 2.5 hours)
After I introduced them to the tank the bigger one started swimming around upside down, running into just about everything. He did this for about 5 minutes then floated to the top where he is now resting against the glass, upside down. Occasionally he swims out as if he is trying to get rightside up but just cant do it.
Is this a swim bladder issue? And is this something I should worry about or will it sort itself out?

good to hear every thing is better.

THANKS! Yea, I was a bit worried there for a sec, but he is doing fine now...Him and the smaller guy are swimming side by side as we speak, even with the lights off.
Very pretty fish IMO...the shape of it resembles a sailboat
