I would like to add one more fish to my 55 gallon reef, the tank already has a squareback anthias, a PJ cardinal, and a pair of percs. Heres a list of fish im considering...
bicolor blenny
yellow watchman goby (i have CC, does this matter?)
flame-fin/tomini tang
japanese swallowtail angel
starki damsel
engineer goby
I'm open to suggestions...

I love a bi-color blenny. lots of personality. I liked my eng gobie, except he liked to dig and would make sand piles
sorry dont know anything about the rest.
how about a royal gramma or a firefish.

why cant he have blennies or gobies? a bicolor blenny would be nice, but im sure the gobies would do a lot better with sand, since they usally sift for food. tang is out, i dont know how big swallowtails get, but i guess you could try one. like 30-x said, 3 chromis would be a nice touch too.

becuase when you first add blennies they tend to burry themselves in sand,... yea, can't in cc, will get more stressed than just normally from moving tanks= high chance of death, and they also sift sand., can't with cc.

you dont want to mix CC and blennies/ gobies imo.
a pygmy angel of some type sounds like a good idea. maybe some type of wrasse?

six-line wrasse?
youd love him/her... mines always swimming in between the rocks all over the tank.... nonstop til i turn the lights off.
or if not that id definitely go with a Royal Gramma.. one word = beautiful. and knows how to fend for itself if one of your current fish try to attack it.
