new Fish sitting at bottom of tank

I just set up a new tank and put in a few fish today. They seem to be doing well but when I got home tonight I noticed one of them has been sitting at the bottom of the tank and doesn't seem to want to move. Is this is a sign of something and is there any thing I should do? Thanks!
