New fish swimming upside down?

Just bought a blue hippo tang on Friday and this morning it is whitish and swimming upside down, still has an appetite though. Is this ich or marine velvet? And is this fish too far gone or can it still be saved? Already in a QT tank and have started lowering the salinity.

I am sorry to hear you lost your fish. How did you acclimate the fish?

Don't add new fish now for a month....and keep a close eye on your other fish.

I never added it to my main tank, it went straight the QT.
