Heres a list of a few that would be O.K. in a tank that size:
Royal Gramma
Bengaii Cardinal
Few Species of wrasses
Few Species of gobies
Few Species of Dwarf Angels
There are alot that can go in there. Just keep in mind with a small tank you don't want to keep to many fish especially aggressive types together.

Go with 3 baggi cardinal fish they look great in groups!
