i need another fish in my 55 gal i have 1 clown and 1 orange spot goby in their could i have a bicolor angel?

What about a Royal Gramma or a Bangaii Cardinal. Or here is a thought, add another clown, they like to be in pairs.

A Midas Blenny would be awesome, but only if you have a good top. They tend to jump when scared. Firefish are a good, colorful choice, too, as is a Sixline Wrasse.

You could certainly keep this fish in a FOWLR tank; but they are "iffy" at best in reef tanks. You have plenty of room for a dwarf angel.

Why not another kind of dwarf angel that people have had more sucess in a reef tank? Like a coral beauty or flame angel?

Mike is right, bi-colors are not the easiest to keep. I like his suggestions too. A dwarf Angel would be a very colorful and visible "centerpiece" fish in your tank. Another choice would be a Flameback Angel. (The Flameback from Africa are better, IMO)
It's your tank and one of the great things about this hobby is that we all get to express our own tastes in living artwork.
