All I can say wow. This looks like a fish heads dream law and order. All kidding aside, I know Ian knows his stuff and has kept many rare fish very well. i almost did business with him for some Rhinopias and spoke with him a few times and seemed like a legit straight guy. This other guy has more stories than Dr. Seuss. Sorry to hear about this Ian and the fish as well if they are in fact dead. As I am married to a lawyer. I asked her about the situation. She said just go to small claims court with copies of money transferred receipts and the actual posting and you win, hands down. No need for a lawyer in small claims.
