I finally got my 20 gal frag tank setup. It is a PFO pendent running a 10k Ushio HQI DE bulb on a PFO HQI ballast. Here are some pics along the way.
Bulkhead for the overflow

flamingkingofhe & Sam,
Thanks!!
Sam,
Here is the rest of my 55 gal SPS tank's set up (in the closet that is - the frag tank is running off of that system) I have to re-adjust everything with the wiring etc to make it neat again. Basically I am running a sump, fuge, Euroreef skimmer and Kalk drip in addition to CA reactor and my PH controller.

tru conch,
Thanks!! So far so good! It seems much brighter than my 2 - 250w mogal base Ushios running on the standard PFO ballast!
Kip,
Thank you very much!! I have it in my fuge closet but the extra space would have been nice! If I had it to do over again I probabaly would have shaved an inch or two off of the bulkhead. This is an addition to my existing SPS system that was already in place so I have been running the CA at 450 and the ALK 11.2 dkh. I may add a little buffer to get the dkh up to 12.
As far as a flow I have the return from my Mag 7 and a Maxijet 900 rght now. I also bought a MJ 1200 just in case but right now it is pretty turbulant in there. As I add more frags, I may have to add the second powerhead.
We need to start thinking about trading some frags here soon!:)
Take care, Mark

Where did you get your egg crate from on the bottom of the tank? I was looking for one at Lowes and I am either looking in the wrong place or I don't know what they are called.

Kip,
Your Heels should be strong in Basketball this year if they can stay healthy. I think you guys got the right coach!
Reefnet,
Thank you very much! Did you get my e-mail?
pokdbz,
I got mine at Home Depot. Mine were actually located with the ceiling tiles (the kind used for drop ceilings).
