new frags

new additions.....given to me by Leishman who is new to this board but has been at -- for longer..........there are a total of 3 acros and 5 monti's and 3 zoos that i got frags of (one of the zoos is a huge colony)

these are going to be green with purple rims..bleached resently in riks tank cause while he was out of town the CO2 in his Ca reactor stopped or something and the dkH was at 4 instead of around 9

i thinking they should show some better color because they seemed to be recovering in rik's tank from the alk drop and hopefully will in my tank too

Looking good there Brad. My CO2 tank is filled and back on the reactor! Things should start to pick in my tank soon, plus the construction of my home addition is almost complete, (no more drywall dust or paint fumes).
I just got back from business in St. Louis, where I found a LFS that has to be the best I have ever seen! I picked up 3 colonies from them. The store was "hospital clean" and the SPS were awsome! It turns out Jan and Gary who own the place are friends with Walt Smith, and Gary actually built the tanks, plumbing and electrical for Walts systems in Bali anf Fiji aswell as his CA set up.
If you are ever in St. Louis the "Clayton Pet Emporium" is a must visit!
I'll post pics of the new colonies, (1 is a 3.5" Blue Tort -$60) as soon as my mother-in-law gives me my camera back!
