new frogspawn help

I just got a new frogspawn yesterday and its doin ok right now. Its comeing out a little but not fully. It was pretty big at the store. Well here is my ? i have it pretty close to the light and i have an aquapod with stock lighting and the flow is perfect and its in the middle of the tank but im just conserned if it will live? Do yall think i have enough lighting?

DeMartini. Ur sooo right it is coming out a whole bunch. Its beautiful. Can i ask u what other nice corals i can put in there. What about a playe coral or something really nice like my frogspawn? O YA i love ur tank. Its the bets nano ive seen so far. Im only 15 so i dont got to much money to spend but right now im loving my tank. i got
1 small marroon ( had for 2 months)
1 cleaner shrimp ( about a week)
5 scarlett hermits ( everysence i got my aquapod)
1 snail ( month)
hairy mushroom ( 2 days)
frogspawn ( 2 days)
nice big piece of rock on it with green star polyps ( 2 months)
a little rock with brown zoos, has some green in the middle ( 1 1/2 months)
20 -25 LBS of LR
Live Sand had 4 ever
But ya i hope i can get my tank looking like urz

If by "stock lighting" you mean the 54w of PCs, then yes, it will be fine assuming your water quality is good. I have on in my aquapod, and it took about 3 days to fully adjust.

yea stock lighting. Like that. JacksonPT do u know if i can put anyother nice corals like my frogspawn in my tank? I wanna nice plate coral but i dont know if i can put 1 in there

plate corals need strong lighting i had mine in a 24 aquapod under 195watt pc ive seen them in display tanks at lfs with the stock lighting and wasnt doin well at all

Zoanthids are a favorite, and they come in a variety of colors. Same with mushrooms and ricordia. You could probably do some LPS (fox coral, bubble coral, hammer coral), but do some research on how much light they need to thrive before you purchase.
Most good websites (like this one) will give you a general overview of the coral, including what it needs to do well (feeding, lighting, water flow, etc.). Match the corals' needs with what you have in your tank.

I just got a new plate coral last week. It started to extend its tentacles in just mins. They also need to be fed regularly. Don't get a long tentacle one, they are a lot harder to keep and don't usually do well in captivity.
