New Gold stripe marron

i just put it in as my first fish in a few months. I cycled with a yellow tang which i had to take back because everyone told me he is too big for a 20 gallon. Have not have fish since but have had hermits snails and a shrimp. I put my fish in yesterday and he does not come out from hiding and doesnt seem to be lookign too happy... just looking for advice or commments on this

He probably just needs to adjust. But sometimes if you only have one fish, they will tend to hide more. Also, if you are going to add another fish you should do it sooner than later- Maroons can get territorial and in a 20 gal that could be trouble. Good luck!
