New Green Goniopora Feeding???

Got a Green Goniopora today for free from my LFS

.
Ok now i get it home and find out its hard to keep

but i'm up to the challenge..
What and when do i feed it???
What type of flow???
Do i have to feed all the heads???

medium flow, enough for the stalks to sway comfortably. Never fed mine anything but lighting.... believe it or not, and I've had it for 7 months and its about 7+ inches wide when fully open.
