New Green star Polyp

Hello-
I just added a green star polypto my tank. It was very full and thriving in the fish store. It has been in my tank for 4 hours but has not come out. Is this normal?

yes, it will need time to adjust and acclimate

ive taken mine out to frag a few times and sometimes it will stay closed for a day or 2
