New growth, need help with identity

So this popped up a few weeks ago, now there are 3 or 4 heads, the largest is about 3/8 inch, it's sort of out of the light but it is definitely reaching out of the shadows to get some....
First to pics are open, and zoomed, third pic is closed up like a zoa or anemone.
Good? Bad? Name???

I have them, Don't know theier "scientific" name...LOL...But I believe they are just your basic brown palys

So they are ok? I was worried it was some form of aptasia because of the slim spiny looking tentacles.

Here are some of mine...they actually hitched in on some yellow zoas. I placed them towards the back cause they are not very exciting....LOL
