New in-tank filter

I found this at the LFS and it looks kinda cool. Its basically a overflow with a built in sponge and protein skimmer. $200. Its made by Freedom Filter. check out: freedomaquarium.com. I was thinking of using this for a 65 gal as the only filtration.
What do you think?

Is there any other hang in boxes that will hold a pump and a heater w.o the skimmer?

We use it on our 72 gal as the only filtration and we love it. Our inhabitants love it too.
