new inverts?

i am probably getting several hermits and sanils today, and i am wondering do they need to be put in the quarentine tank as well, or is that just the fish? it is not a problem if they do, i only want the best for the little guys, so any advice would be appreciated

Hello,I have never quarentined snails,or hermits,but i would acclimate them very slowly.

Inverts can carry ick but are not affected by it. Not bad idea to QT them for 23 days.

Hmmmmm I have never heard of QT snails or hermits. I have never done it before, but I acclimate them extremely well before putting into tank. Maybe a shark could elaborate on the QT of inverts for me? This way I know if I am doing the wrong thing or not! Thanks!

My info above came straight from Trey. After he posted it I thought about it and it only makes sense that they would carry it in their shells. I feel the odds of getting ick from inverts is slim to none myself.
