I just replaced by light bulbs, and now I have green hair algae, cyano algae, and brown diatoms growing. What is the deal? None of this was occuring prior to the light change.

If you changed out more than one bulb at a time then you probably made a dramatic increase in light for the next couple of weeks. The algae is just more adaptable and able to take advantage of the extra light quicker than everything else.
I'll calm down soon.
I would also guess that you have abundant Phosphorus and Nitrate.

Sounds like a dinoflagellate bloom. This is a toxic organism so not much can eat it. It feeds from nutrients...not light.
If your problem slime decreases during the night then it's probably Cyanobacter.

I know my cyanabacteria decreases, because when I turned my
lights on this morning, I thought it was gone. Then within a few
hours it was back. The green hair algae is about the same. Would it help any if I took one of the new light bulbs out and put
the old one back in? If so, what time period should I wait to put the other new light bulb in? The new light bulbs have been in since Wednesday.
