i just got my new lights 130 watts for a 20 gal tank. what i wanna know is moon lights a must cause both were white lights. and last question what would u recommend for a 20 gal 130 watts corals, fish, anemones etc.

Moons are not necessary.
You can not keep corals or anemones with that lighting. Fish can only be 1-2 inches, maybe 3-4 very small fish in that size tank.
I would suggest that you visit the Nano forum and spend a month or two studying up on nano tank husbandry. Better to study keeeping small tank then leap into setting one up without really knowing much about it.
