new lights

i'm thinking about getting the sunpod for my 24g nano! what i was wondering... would 150w be enough to keep anything i wanted to in my tank? i've read up on the lighting but i'm very confused by the numbers and what they mean lol! any help would be great and thanks in advance guys!

t5 is a type of lighting, there is t5 lighting, metal halide, and LED and
pc (power compact)
10k
14k
20k are all types of light kelvins
10k is better growth but more yellowish color
14k is not as good growth but more blue
and 20k is really blue with not as much growth as 14 or 10.

ah! i see! so 150w.. MH is probably the way to go on my 24?

14k and 20k not as much growth, but will color up the corals.
