need to know something irecently purchaced a moonlight 4@65watt2ultra-actinic210000kpremiumbullbs+the 4led lighting how long would you experts say i should leave each light on

Most start the actinics about an hour before the big lights...leave them all on for about 8-10 hours...shut the big lights off...leave the actinics on for an hour after...then I suppose switch the moons on...
