This came on some new liverock I just bought?
Is it maybe a Xenia?

There are 3 of them total on there.
They just went in about 2 hours before this picture but they just sway not pulse like a Xenia.
Does that mean they are .....?

I think that they are just a Xenia or sorts, there is also the possibility that they are star polyps but I'm not sure.
