Well, I went to the LFS and saw this guy. I have never seen one and I had to have it. After doing a quick research of it on my phone while there, I decided he would fit right in. As a lot of you probably already know, it is a pincushion urchin. I really liked the color of him and he is darker in color in person than the pic shows. He is also very large, about 5 inches across. Anyways, just had to share him with yall.

Very nice....and BIG.....LOL...I hope everything in your tank is glued down.....My purple urchin never knocks stuff over, but a lot of other peoples urchins do

Ditto squared! Mine was called a rose urchin. She is in the middle of an identity crisis and thinks she's a decorator crab,
She decimated my pipe organ, one of her favorite outfits. I have to rescue my crabs and snails several times a day. No sooner have I taken them off than she is back collecting.
She has been really hard on my corals and she is only about two inches.

Thanks for the replies yall. Yeah, I took into consideration the fact that they can bulldoze anything, but I think it will be okay. All of the rocks I have are pretty large and most are along the bottom. I was worried also about how they might do with corals, but I found on another website that they are considered reef safe. I will just have to keep an eye on him. I did like the fact that he was huge! LOL
